1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 5qqq ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 5qqq website located at https://5qqq.club, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through 5qqq, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual games, promotional offers, bonuses, and customer support communications. These Terms are published in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their natural English-language meaning. In any case of ambiguity, 5qqq's interpretation shall prevail.

5qqq reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read alongside the 5qqq Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 5qqq. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to 5qqq and all services offered on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

5qqq operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. We employ age verification procedures at the point of registration and again during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process required before your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be returned to the originating payment method at our discretion, net of any winnings generated from underage play, which are not payable.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use 5qqq:

• You are registering and playing on your own behalf — not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from 5qqq or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of 5qqq or its affiliated entities.
• You are acting in good faith and not for the purpose of defrauding 5qqq or any other player on the platform.

5qqq reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until the verification is completed.

3 Account Registration and KYC

To access the full range of 5qqq services, including the ability to deposit funds, place bets, and request withdrawals, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

Each player may hold only one account on 5qqq. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If 5qqq identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all bonuses associated with those accounts will be voided, and any outstanding withdrawal requests may be withheld pending investigation.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This involves submitting one of the following forms of government-issued identification:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back copy
• Valid Bangladeshi passport — biographical data page
• Bangladesh driving licence — front and back copy

In addition to identity documents, 5qqq may request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming ownership). These documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Edited or falsified documents will result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 5qqq will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 5qqq are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 5qqq does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 5qqq accepts no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and will be displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

5qqq accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within 15 minutes on average
• Nagad — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within 15 minutes on average
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — instant deposits; standard withdrawal timeline applies
• Upay — instant deposits; standard withdrawal timeline applies
• Visa and Mastercard — processing times vary by issuing bank
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) — available for larger withdrawals; processing may take up to 2 business days

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit to your 5qqq account and that is registered in your own name. 5qqq does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of player funds.

5qqq reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected. In such cases, the withdrawal will be placed on hold while the review is conducted. Players will be notified by email if their withdrawal is subject to an enhanced review process.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5qqq offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and other occasions). All bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time each offer is made available.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply across all 5qqq promotions:

• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period from the date of crediting. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time. Claiming a second bonus while an existing bonus is still active may void the original bonus.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other player account.
• 5qqq reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including in cases where technical errors have resulted in incorrect bonus amounts being credited.

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing contradictory bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from a bonus ("bonus arbing"), or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — will have their bonuses voided, their account suspended, and any winnings generated from abusive bonus activity forfeited in full.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 5qqq are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that the bet details — including the selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. 5qqq will not void or amend a bet on the basis that it was placed in error by the player, except in specific circumstances defined below.

5qqq reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or ruled void by the relevant sporting authority.
• The odds displayed at the time of bet placement were the result of a manifest error (a clearly incorrect price caused by a technical or human error). In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided at 5qqq's discretion.
• There is credible evidence that the event on which the bet was placed was subject to match-fixing, corruption, or any other form of sporting integrity violation.
• The player's account was in a suspended or restricted state at the time the bet was placed.

For casino games, the outcome of each game round is determined by independently audited random number generator (RNG) software provided by the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, or others). 5qqq does not influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical failure mid-round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and casino games on 5qqq. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted from time to time. 5qqq also reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific accounts where patterns of professional or automated betting activity are identified.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5qqq and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using any form of false identity to register an account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or errors in odds pricing to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or using privileged non-public information to gain an unfair advantage on sports markets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying systems of the 5qqq platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to your 5qqq account.

5qqq employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with payment processors, banking institutions, and regulatory authorities to identify and investigate prohibited conduct. All player transactions and betting activity are logged and monitored. If you become aware of any fraudulent or suspicious activity on the platform, you are encouraged to report it to our support team at [email protected].

8 Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your 5qqq account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings generated from active bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirement) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

5qqq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has been found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion via 5qqq's responsible gaming tools.
• 5qqq is required to close the account by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 5qqq reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance to cover any losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach. Any such withholding will be communicated to the account holder by email within 72 hours of the account closure.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may request to reactivate their accounts after the self-exclusion period has elapsed. Reactivation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off review by the 5qqq responsible gaming team before reactivation is approved. 5qqq takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and will not reactivate a self-excluded account without satisfying itself that the player is in a position to gamble responsibly. 18+ only.
